Target has just released a coupon for $1.50 off Cottonelle toilet paper, with no size restrictions. Stack with the $0.50 off a 4 pack or larger. Don't forget to hit the back button after printing to print a second coupon. (each computer can print 2 copies) Not exactly sure how much a 4 pack is at Target but $2.00 off is sure to make a good deal!
